Neighbor Hater Helicopter
It's all in the name. These little spinners will whistle with a comet tail going up in a nice display. This little saucer spins to the sky with whistling silver flowers, a silver torch shines from the center with silver flowers around and then a multicolored ring glows as the saucer vaporizes.
